Outstanding Service with no fuss!

I was treated with the upmost courtesy from the time that I arrived to look at the vehicle to the time I left. There was no big presure sales pitch , I was left to view the vehicle at my leisure. Once a sale was agreed the salesman sorted all the details very efficiently, when I collected the vehicle it had been cleaned to a high standard. I could not be more pleased.

Good old fashioned service

I saw a car I wanted on Autotrader and also on New Forest Estate’s website. I was able to leave a no obligation refundable deposit to secure the car in lieu of a viewing. The car was as good as I hoped, and in agreeing to pay the asking price NFE agreed to MOT and service it (including 4 brake pads and a pair of tyres) plus a year’s tax and free delivery to my door, saving me another 200 mile round trip. Excellent service and I would highly recommend New Forest Estates.

The dealer is super responsive to my inquiries. Car was prepared ready for me when I arrived. He is also helpful during my test drive and vehicle check, showing the car’s various features without being pushy. The purchase was straight forward and quick with debit card payment, online DVLA new keeper registration, and road tax paid. Overall a smooth car purchase experience, really nothing to complain.

Warranty Honoured Without Issue

I purchased the car from New Forrest Estates and arranged to collect a few days later after a service and MOT was completed. When i came to collect the car they highlighted a warning light had appeared on the dash that morning. They offered to fix it in house but i had traveled a long way to get the car and didn’t want the trip again. They offered to have a diagnostic test and repair carried out a garage local to me and pay for the repairs under the warranty agreement. I brought the car to a local garage who contacted New Forrest Estates for payment. The garage relayed back to me that there was no issue getting payment from New Forrest Estates and that unlike many dealers they deal with they did not try to haggle on price or suggest cheap, low quality replacement parts, but were willing to pay for quality replacements.

I purchased the vehicle without viewing or test driving the car as I live 170 miles from the dealer. The car was delivered on time to my house and arrived as described. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I certainly wouldn’t normally buy a car without seeing it first however a friend local to the garage said they have a good reputation. All good.

In August 2018, I bought a Nissan Leaf (2014) from New Forest Estates. At first I was a bit apprehensive as I was new to the electric vehicle world, however Brian was brilliant. He answered all my questions and offered advice on all aspects (including info on installing a charge point at home). After lots of questions from me I decided to buy the Leaf and after 6 months of ownership, its been a fantastic car and its a pleasure to drive. From the beginning right to the end, Brian was fantastic. It was a smooth stress free purchase and to top it off I got 12 months warranty included in the sale. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.

 

I bought the BMW after falling in love with it on a test drive with Brian. (it was his car at the time). I’ve had the car for 2 years now and been delighted with the after sales service, particularly when he gave me a good deal when I needed replacements. I purchased a VW Passat from Brian which developed a serious engine fault within 8 days. Brian had the car recovered to the garage and then VW Southampton. When VW diagnosed a serious problem, Brian immediately offered return of money in full and pursued the problem with VW. I now have the car back, repaired by VW, all at no cost or hassle to myself. I’m now very happy with the car and particularly with new forest estates. How refreshing to find a business that values customers and is reasonable and trustworthy when things go wrong.
